Volume License Pricing

The Volume License Pricing setting is used to set up the point value for products that are a part of a volume license plan or used in a Purchase Plan with tiered pricing. This setting is used in conjunction with the pricing set up for the product to determine when shoppers get special product on certain purchases of products in the plan.

The point value you enter for this setting dictates how much a single sale of that product is worth when calculating tiered pricing. This allows you to weigh some products more than others to trigger the special pricing. This is often used when products in the same plan are priced differently, and you want a higher-value product to trigger special pricing sooner than lower priced products.
