Supported By: iOS 3.0 or later (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch)

Who Can Use: Any user with a valid login to Global Commerce and access to the Business Navigator reports in the Command Console.

Note: You will need the Reporting Manager in the Command Console role to access Site Trends on your mobile device. If you do not have the Reporting Manager role, contact your Store Operations team.

What the App Does

Site Trends is a tool for clients of Digital River's ecommerce solutions to get mobile access to Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and charts for their sales activity including gross/demand sales, orders, average order value, close ratio, unique visits and baskets.

How to Get the App

1. Download the free app from the App Store and then, if needed, sync the app to your device.
   • Click here to download the free app from the App Store.
   • If the above link doesn't work, to locate the app in the App Store or iTunes, search for "Digital River" or "Global Commerce." The Site Trends app should be one of the top listed results.
2. Once the app is running on your device, tap the icon in the upper-left corner to set your security configuration. You will see a set of fields in which you should enter the following:
   • Server: biznavservice.digitalriver.com
   • User Name: Your user name for the Command Console.
   • Password: Your password for the Command Console.
   • Company: Your company name as seen in the Business Navigator when you select a company.
   • Site: Your site ID. This is not just your site name, but the site ID you see, for example, in reporting.

Note: If you have any problems after you enter the configuration information, contact your Store Operations team.
