Demand sales refers to orders that have been placed but not yet fulfilled (downloaded or shipped).

Definition: Total of all orders, after discounts. Does not include tax or shipping.

Orders

Definition: Number of orders placed.

Unique Visits

Definition: Number of distinct shoppers who visited your site.

Close Rate

Definition: Percentage of orders placed by the number of individual shoppers visiting your store.

Calculation: Orders / Unique Visitors

Shopping Basket Close Rate

Definition: Percentage of orders placed to the number of shopping baskets created by shoppers.

Calculation: Orders / Baskets Created

Revenue Per Visits

Definition: Total average order value, per individual shopper.

Calculation: Sales / Unique Visits

Average Order Value

Definition: Total average order value.

Canceled Sales

Definition: Total of orders that have been canceled.

Backorder Sales

Definition: Total of orders on backorder.

Backorder Sales As a % Of

Definition: Percentage of demand sales that are on backorder.
