About Splash

The Splash markup language was created by Digital River and is used to customize and define the appearance of pages on your site. Using Splash you can change what appears on your checkout pages and where the page elements appear.

What is Splash?

Splash is a custom markup language, based on XSLT. This provides a more "human readable" language and allows you to move and modify the layout of your pages without modifying the underlying JSP. Splash interfaces with our dynamically generated XML in a way that was only possible by modifying content elements before (which required Web Development's intervention).
