The Post Log displays detailed information specific to each SocialStream post. You can also repost or delete posts as needed.
Note: The Post Log displays only SocialStream posts. For example, if a client who has posted to a social media channel via the SocialStream mechanism also posts to the same social media channel directly, the Post Log will not display the direct posts.
- When – Shows the time the message was posted.
- Status – Shows message status. The possible statuses are:
- Posted – The message was successfully posted to social media channel.
- Pending – The system is waiting for the service.
- Failed – The message was not successfully posted. Failure could indicate that either social media channel was down or SocialStream was not authorized.
- Deleted – The message has been removed.
- Account – Shows which social media channel the message was posted.
- Post – Shows the message content.
- Posted By – Shows the user that posted the message.
- Clicks – Shows the number of times the post has been clicked.
- Sales – Shows the gross sales associated with the post.
Note: If a message was posted to multiple social media channels or different accounts within the same social media channel, it appears in a separate line for each channel or account.
You can repost previous messages from the Post Log. When a message is reposted, the statistics gathered on the post will include both the original post and any reposts.
To repost a message:

You can delete messages from within the Post Log. Deleting a message removes it from the social media channel to which it was posted. To delete a message posted to multiple accounts, follow these steps for each occurrence of the message in the Post Log.
