The Notifications area is where you define when you want certain notifications sent to shoppers.
System Emails
The System Emails area is where you define how often you want the renewal reminder and expired credit card notifications to be sent to the shopper.
| Name | Definition |
|---|---|
| Renewal Reminder Before Expiration | Notifies the shopper that their subscription is about to expire. If the subscription is set to automatically renew, the shopper is reminded that their subscription will be renewed and they will be billed. If the subscription is set to manually renew, the shopper is prompted to renew their subscription. |
| Update Expired Credit Card | Notifies the shopper that the credit card they have on file to pay for their subscription has expired, and prompts them to update their credit card information. |
Marketing Emails
The Marketing Emails area is where you define how often you want marketing-related emails sent to shoppers.
