When you create a rule or make changes to a rule, the rule is not run against the products in the marketStream Common Catalog until you deploy your rules. When you deploy, all rules are deployed at once, including any changes made to any rule since you last deployed.
If needed, you can revert to the last deployed versions of your rules and therefore undo any changes made to a rule since you last deployed. See Reverting Changes to Rules for more information.
To deploy rules:

- On the Catalog menu, select marketStream Channel, and click Manage Rules. The Customize Rules page appears.
- Click Deploy Rules in the taskbar. All rules, including recent changes are deployed and the rules are run against the marketStream Common Catalog. It may take several minutes for your rules to deploy. When the page refreshes and the Deploy Rules link is inactive (grayed out) it means that your rules have successfully been deployed.
