"My Information" is a group of settings and preferences that are specific to your user account in the Command Console. There are three main areas of settings on the My Information page:
- General Information – Where you save basic contact information, login information, and basic preferences for the Command Console.
- Settings for [Your Store Name] – Where you save your Google AnalyticsA third-party feature from Google that tracks activity on your store. Google Analytics can be enabled using the "add-ons" feature. user name and password for use with Google Analytics and the Store Builder Dashboard.

Opening the My Information Page
Click on your login name in the upper-right corner of the window.
About General Information
The General Information tab is where you can do the following:
- Update your contact information (name, address, country, email address, phone number, fax number).
- Set your user locale – The option you select determines your language preference in the Command Console (English, German, or Japanese).
- Set your user time zone – The option you select will be used to show all dates and times within the Command Console. Sometimes when you are asked to set a specific date and time for something (for example, the start date for a product) the time you enter will be converted so that it appears in the preference you set.
- Change your security question and answer – The security question is used to identify you in case you lose your username and/or password. If you contact us about getting your login information and you answer the security question correctly, we will reset your password and send the new password to you. We suggest you use a security question that you won't have to struggle to remember the answer to, but one that not anyone would know. Some suggestions for the password question are:
- Favorite teacher in school
- Favorite pet
- Favorite vacation spot
- Favorite sports team
- Change your password
