Viewing Orders: Products Tab
The Order Summary page has five tabs: Order Summary, Products, Order Log, Transaction Detail, Notifications. These tabs show different information about an order and the customer who placed the order. To get to the Order Summary page, you must first search for and select an order to view (see Searching Orders for more information).
From the Order Summary page (and from any of the tabs on this page) you can perform tasks on the order such as resending the confirmation email, sending the shopper's password via email, and viewing the invoice given to the shopper for an order. You can also refund orders, complete orders, and so on.
- To resend the digital rights or password, click Send DL/PW in the task bar.
- To initiate a refund for the order, click Refund in the task bar.
- To initiate a return for the order, click Return in the task bar.
- To resend the confirmation email, click Resend Confirm Email in the task bar.
- To send a shopper's password via email, click Send Password Email in the task bar.
- To view the shopper's invoice for the order, click View Customer Invoice in the task bar.
- To log a shopper's request to remove PII, click Request Removal of Personal Info. For more about what happens when you click this button, see About Removing Personal Identifiable Information. Please note that you need the PII Removal Manager role to see or use this feature.
- To complete an open order, click Complete Order in the task bar.
The Products tab shows information about the products in the order. Depending on the type of products in the order (downloadable, subscription, physical, and so on) different information may appear and you may be able to perform actions such as test the download for a product or manage the digital rights for a product in the order.
- Click View next to Line Item Details to view the line item details for a specific product in the order.
- If the order contains downloadable products, specific details about the downloadable file can be viewed by expanding the Download Options area (click the + to open or close this area).
- View File Attributes – Provides information about the physical aspects of the downloadable product such as file size.
- Download Log – Shows information about the download attempts for the product/order.
- Start Download – Click this button to test the shopper's download for the product.
- The Download Attempts area shows information about the times the customer has tried to download the product.
- Available – Lists the total number of available downloads for this product.
- Successful – Shows the number of successful downloads the shopper has already completed.
- Failed – Shows the number of times a download attempt has failed.
- Allowed Attempts – Shows the number of times a shopper can try to download this product.
- Increase – Click this button to increase the allowed attempts. This function may not be available based on site policy.
- The IP Address Attempts area shows information about the IP Addresses that have tried to download this product.
- Allowed – The number of IP addresses that are allowed to attempt a download of this product.
- Used – The number of IP addresses that have tried to download this product.
- The Download Expiration area shows when the file is no longer available to the shopper for download.
- Extend – Click this button to extend the amount of time the customer can download the product after purchase.
- The Digital Rights area lists the serial number(s) and unlock codes for each downloaded product.
- Reissue – Click this button to reissue the digital rights for the product
- The Subscription Action area contains the View Subscription Info button. Click this button to view details about the subscription attributes for this product.
- If the order contains physical products, specific details about the physical product and the fulfiller can by viewed by expanding the Fulfillment Information area (click the + to open or close this area).
- If the order contains subscription products, specific details about the subscription can be viewed by clicking View Subscription Info.
- Click Edit next to Renewal Payment Method to change the credit card number or expiration date used for autorenewals of the subscription.
- Click Edit next to Current Quantity to increase or decrease the number of subscription products.
- Click Edit next to the name in Shipping Address to change the shipping address for the subscription.
- Click Renew Subscription to renew the subscription for the shopper.
- Click Unsubscribe Immediately to stop the subscription and unsubscribe the shopper.
- Click Stop Autorenewal to turn the subscription into a manual renewal subscription. The subscription will still be active until the end of the current subscription period. If the shopper doesn't manually renew their subscription before the subscription expires, it will not renew.
