About Subscription Shopper Self-Service Options
Shoppers who purchase a subscription product can view and manage the details for their subscription using FindMyOrder.com. We call this "self-service" as the shopper is the one who manages different aspects of their subscription using a shopper-friendly support site.
The following is a list of what shoppers can do with their subscription using features on FindMyOrder.com, the subscription landing page, or by calling Customer Service.
- Manually renew a subscription. When a shopper has to renew their subscription themselves (versus it automatically happening) we call that a manual renewal subscription.
- Stop the automatic renewal of their subscription. When a shopper stops the automatic renewal of their subscription they are essentially turning their auto-renew subscription into a manual renew subscription.
- Increase or decrease the number of subscription product(s). Shoppers can increase or decrease the quantity of a subscription product.
- Upgrade or downgrade subscription product(s). In order to upgrade or downgrade a subscription, you first must have set up the initial subscription product with upgrade and downgrade products.
- Change the shipping address for the subscription. The shipping address is only used when the subscription uses physical products.
- Update or change credit card billing information. Shoppers can change the credit card associated with their subscription or just update the details on the existing credit card.
- Cancel a subscription. Shoppers can cancel their subscription. When a shopper cancels, their access to the subscription immediately ends.
